Subject	windows won't roll down or up

Message	Hi everybody, I'll try to explain my prob. The driver side windows doesn't want to roll down or up even if I can hear the motor running. Can someone help me to diagnose the prob? Here's a little vid of it. As you can see, I can push down the windws without resistance.
